Every paper must be registered prior to publication in the proceedings and must be presented at the conference or workshop. There is a reduction on fees for the members of the listed associations. If you are not yet a member of INSTICC you may apply now and still take advantage of price reductions. Early registrations are accepted until February 2nd, 2004.
We know the importance of social networking for both researchers and practitioners; therefore both the workshop and the conference social events are more than simple meals: they motivate networking and include guided tours prior to banquets.
There are three main registration types (conference, workshop or both) and then additional options are available.

The conference registration includes: 4 Luncheons + Coffee breaks + 1 printed volume of ICEIS Proceedings for authors (the one that includes the authors paper) + 1 CD-ROM including all the ICEIS 2004 volumes (one per conference area) and also all the workshops proceedings; please note the additional options available, below.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Students who do not present a paper are entitled to a 50% discount on all prices, but will not receive paperback proceedings (only the CD-ROM). Students must confirm their status by presenting a student card and a signed declaration from the supervisor professor.
2. Delegates who register after March 20th will NOT be entitled to the conference paper proceedings (only CD-ROM); furthermore, authors who do not attend the conference will not receive any proceedings (not even on CD-ROM support) unless justification is presented at least 2 weeks before the conference start.
3. Authors who register to the conference before the early conference registration deadline may later on upgrade the registration to conference+workshop at the early registration rate.

registration process will get 90% discount on a 1-year
