Camera-Ready Paper Format for the Workshops

 

Camera-ready paper format for the ICEIS workshops:

Final versions of accepted papers must be prepared and submitted by April 5th, 2001. (except JESS: deadline 20th April - and WOODPECKER: deadline 5th May)

JESS papers format is the same as for the main conference

Submitted papers should be formatted for A4 size paper, and must be carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling. Please follow reviewers' comments and suggestions when preparing the final version of  manuscripts. Papers should be submitted in a 1-column format. There should be no headers/footers and no page numbers. 

The first page must include the title, authors' names, affiliation(s) and address, e-mail address, and the abstract  (no longer than 200 words).

 

The workshops adopted Springer's format for composing the proceedings book. Please follow the Author's Instructions of  Lecture Notes in Computer Science for the preparation of the Camera-Ready manuscripts. There you can find templates and packages for both Latex and Word users. Do not send the manuscript to Springer; use the Electronic submission procedure indicated below.

 

Camera-ready manuscripts should not exceed 12 pages. For each page in excess authors must pay an additional fee, specified in the speaker's registration form.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:  Camera-ready manuscripts Must be submitted by April 5th, 2001. Publication of the paper in the proceedings is conditional on its presentation at the workshop. Therefore, at least one author has to be registered by April 5th, 2001. Electronic Registration is available at the main conference web site: www.iceis.org

 

Electronic Submission:

Authors are requested to prepare camera-ready versions of accepted papers, according to the format instructions above. Additionally to a Postscript or PDF version of the manuscript, authors are requested to submit paper sources (in Latex or Word)  in order enable the formatting of the workshop proceedings book.
