This emerging field poses new challenges to the research community such as faster time-to-market, quality of wireless information, security concerns, and others. Following the success of the First International Workshop on Wireless Information Systems at ICEIS 2002 in Spain, this workshop will serve as a forum for researchers and practitioners to meet and share expertise in this emerging field. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to - Tools for wireless information systems
- Databases for wireless information systems
- Design techniques for wireless information systems
- Applications for the mobile enterprise
- Agents for wireless information systems
- Wireless information quality, privacy, and security
- Wireless information architectures
- Management issues
- Mobile commerce
- Data mining in wireless environments
- Papers on related issues are welcome Format of the Workshop The workshop will be a two days, single track, conference with oral presentations and invited talks. Submission of Papers Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in any of the areas listed above. All papers must be written in English, and the length of the paper should not exceed 4,000 words or 8 pages (including figures and
tables). Instructions for preparing the manuscript (in Word and Latex format) are available at the
ICEIS web site.
Papers (preferably in PDF format) should be sent via email to the workshop chair

or submitted thru ICEIS
