For authors who have a paper accepted in the ICEIS-2001 conference, or in one of the satellite workshops:

The publication of accepted papers in the ICEIS-2001 proceedings is conditional on the registration of at least one of the paper authors before the 5th of April. Please use one of the registration forms below. You are kindly asked to fill it out and send it to the ICEIS secretariat by fax (preferred) or by surface mail. Since your signature is required on the form, we must ask you not to send it by e-mail.

Speaker registration form: in Acrobat pdf format or in MSWord doc format. Do not edit and change the form layout.

For people who are not presenting a paper at ICEIS (or one of the satellite workshops)  but who are interested in attending the conference or one of the workshops:

To formalize your intention of attending the conference you are kindly asked to fill one of the forms below out and send it to the ICEIS secretariat by fax (preferred) or by surface mail. Since your signature is required on the form, we must ask you not to send it by e-mail.
